Since 1992, the small traces of ECPL in the pharmaceutical landscape of Ghana have grown steadily into a giant status. ECPL now operates both retail and wholesale pharmacies across the country with branches nationwide. We currently have a staff strength of over 250.

Nkosuohene Is the head of the management team, the founder and Managing Director of ECPL. He is responsible for driving the vision of the Company and leads in establishing new business partners and markets. Ebenezer has enriched ECPL with his over 20 years of pharmaceutical experience and has a deep commitment to driving and motivating the entire workforce toward achieving corporate goals. He has a considerable wealth of experience in the pharmacy business, having been born into a family deeply rooted in the pharmaceutical business. Ebenezer also has extensive advisory experience on issues of strategy, performance improvement, change management, and organization building. He is currently spearheading ECPL’s growth strategy of national expansion and business segmentation into other markets. Ebenezer is a graduate of Civil Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
